Dear Parents
We hope you have all had a wonderful summer and look forward to welcoming your children back to Loreto for the new academic year which starts on Wednesday 7th September 2016 for all pupils in Year 1 to Year 7. The Reception and Nursery Classes start on Monday 12th September 2016.
Later in September, we will be organising open afternoons for you to visit your child’s new classroom and view the new facilities.
We return to school on full days and school lunches will be available from the start of term. Please could you respond to the email which will be sent out prior to the start of term to confirm that your child will require school lunch.
After discussions with the Royal Gibraltar Police, it has been agreed that the drop-off and pick-up zone will continue along the same lines as last year with teachers on duty to receive children in the mornings and to facilitate pick-up in the afternoons. Please remember that it is very important to keep the area around the zebra crossing free.
