A huge congratulations to both our girls’ and boys’ tag rugby teams, who each finished in second place at this year’s Inter-School Tag Rugby Tournament!
The girls put in a fantastic performance, battling through a series of thrilling matches to reach the final. They played with great determination and skill, but were narrowly defeated in a close 7–5 match.
The boys also had an outstanding tournament and showed incredible grit throughout. In a dramatic final against St. Anne’s, whom they had previously lost to by just one point, the boys went 2–0 up in extra time.
Unfortunately, they were edged out 3–2 in the final moments. Some tough calls made it a hard one to take, but our boys handled the outcome with resilience.
This is all part of sport: highs, lows, and learning moments. We are incredibly proud of how all our players represented the school with teamwork, sportsmanship, and heart.
