Swimming Gala

Dear Parents

We would like to inform you that Loreto Convent Swimming GALA has been confirmed for Thursday 19th January at GASA swimming pool.

ALL Middle School children should assemble at the pool that morning by 8.45 a.m. Please take your child straight to GASA, not to school. ONLY the frontier buses will be dropping children off at the pool.

The doors will be open for spectators at 9.15 am and the Gala will begin at 9.30am. Please note that there is no parking available at GASA.

We would like to avoid extra bags from being taken to GASA. Therefore, all children in middle school will be asked to leave their satchels at home on the day of the GALA. The only bags they will need to take to the GALA willbe their swim bag (bathing costume, towel etc) and a packed lunch if they normally take one with them. School dinners will remain as normal. Please remember to pack their passports!

After the GALA, the children will return to school with their teachers.
