Pia and Lili both broke the Year 5 Girls Road Racing record. The record was set by Isabella Dowie back in 2013 with a time of 3:17:00s. Both girls went under that time with Pia’s time the fastest (3:16:24s).
The Year 6 Girls Road Racing record was also broken record was also broken this year by 3 amazing runners! Ruby, Isabel and Caitriona all went under the time of the old record set by Tianna Isola (2011) with a time of 4:04:00s. However, the fastest of the 3 girls was Isabel Simpson with a time of 3:53:76s. What a fabulous year for long distance running so far!
