Balance Letter – Due January 2026
PAYMENT
Friday 17th October we require a non-refundable £450.00 deposit per pupil to pay for the flights and PGL reservation.
Friday 30th January we require the balance of £665.00 to be settled.

MEETING
Tuesday 3rd March, 2026 we request that at least one parent attends the parent information meeting to be held in the Francis Hall at 4pm. (approx 30-40 minutes).
Individual paperwork will be issued at this meeting and requires parental information and signatures.

UK travel requirements are changing. From 8 January 2025, eligible non-European visitors to the UK, including children, who do not need a visa for short stays in the UK will require permission to travel through an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). If you do not hold a British or Irish citizen, or hold a entry VISA you will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) in order to enter the UK for short period of stay from 2 April 2025.
